Sheets

100% cotton. Nothing less than 300.

Perusing a department store with my friends, just to see if there were any sheets sets on sale when my friend suggested a set of sheets to me. OK, let me admit it now, I'm a bit bougie when it comes to my sheets. I told her “No, I can't put that on my bed!" She was like "why it is just a sheet?" No, no, no it is so much more than just a sheet. Sheets have the ability to change the quality of your life.

I have a few ground rules when it comes to my sheets:

  • It has to be 100% cotton, I don't do the blends.

  • At least 300 thread count, anything less than is just not worth it.

  • And they should be white.

  • No patterns, I'm going to do important work, like SLEEP.

If we are going just based on the textual quality of cotton, it is soft to touch. It is a natural fiber making it environmentally friendly. Cotton is antibacterial, means as a sheet, it has the ability to suppress bacteria and microflora. Cotton isn't known to cause allergies. Cotton is a breathable fabric and can wick moisture away from the skin and it is also anti-static. Cotton can even preserve the skin due to its natural pH balance. Cotton weaves have stronger durability, which can handle the most restless sleeper. This means you can use pure cotton bed sheets for many years as they will last making it cost-efficient. Cotton almost doesn't produce friction burn, for those wild nights.

Sleep is very essential in a person’s life. That is why you should buy bed linens wherein you can lie down comfortably and sleep calmly. A good bed sheet is significant for your sleep and great sleep icreases the quality fo your life..
